The Library is home to several meetings rooms available for public use. Please check below for information on various rooms.

Rooms for Rent
These rooms are available to rent through the PV Parks & Recreation Department. The Rental Room Agreement and contact information can be found here.
3rd Floor Crystal Room - Max Capacity: 123
Library Auditorium - Max Capacity: 200
Library Room Reservations
Library Meeting Rooms are subject to the Library Meeting Room Use Policy. Rooms are available during regular Library business hours, and should be reserved ahead of time.
Glassford Hill Room - Max Capacity: 30
2nd Floor PC Lab - Max Capacity: 25
2nd Floor Koole Room- Max Capacity: 12
