The customer's responsibility for water and pipes begins at the meter. Many problems reported are plumbing problems, not water emergencies, and should be addressed by a plumber.
Whenever service call requests are received after regular office hours, on weekends, or holidays, additional fees will be charged in the event the issue is not the responsibility of the Town of Prescott Valley. This shall also apply to the connection of new services or the reconnection of discontinued service.
