The Prescott Valley Police Department (PVPD) aims to provide excellent service to the community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Depending on your circumstances, there are several ways for citizens to contact the PVPD.
Online reporting - The online reporting system is for non emergent issues that do not require immediate attention. This can be accessed through the PVPD website. Please read the instructions to see if the online report can be used for the crime you are reporting.

Department Phone Tree – The number for the different departments located at the police department is 928-772-9261 This is an unmonitored line where citizens can leave a message and calls will be returned within 2-3 business days.
Lobby – The PVPD lobby is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. To talk to a team member in the lobby, visit the window and advise the staff you need to report a crime. Additionally, a phone in the foyer connects directly to dispatch for those that need to report a crime before or after business hours.
Non-Emergency Dispatch – The non-emergency dispatch number is 928-772-9267, and places callers in touch with the dispatch center where calls are sent to the field for service. This is the line used routinely for non-emergency calls.
911 - This is the emergency line. If you have an emergency, an immediate issue where someone is in danger, or you cannot remember the other lines, dial 911.
