Programs, Classes, Trips, and Events (excluding Mountain Valley Splash)

A full refund will be issued when a program, class, trip, or event is cancelled by the Town of Prescott Valley Parks & Recreation. Participants may choose to be transferred into another program of equal value.

If adequate advanced notice is provided, we will provide refunds as listed below: 

1. Program, Class or Trip: full refund with at least 5 calendar days advanced notice, less any non-recoverable expenses (tickets, etc.). If notice is provided after the 5 calendar days have passed, a full refund will be given only if the Prescott Valley Parks & Recreation department is able to replace you on a program prior to the program’s start.
2. Event with Preregistration Fee: full refund with at least 14 calendar days advanced notice, less any non-recoverable expenses
3. No refunds or user credit will be given for any program, class or session(s) missed by the participant.

Mountain Valley Splash 

A full refund will be issued when a pool program or class is cancelled by the Town of Prescott Valley Parks & Recreation. Participants may choose to be transferred into another program of equal value.

1. If a program or class has already started and is cancelled by the Town of Prescott Valley due to inclement weather, the following will be provided:
2. Swim Lessons: The Town of Prescott Valley will do its best to reschedule the program. If unable to reschedule, a user credit will be provided.
3. All other programs: A user credit will be provided.

If notice is provided after the 5 calendar days have passed, a full refund will be given only if the Prescott Valley Parks & Recreation department is able to replace you on a program prior to the program’s start.
2. No refunds or user credit will be given for any program, class or session(s) missed by the participant.
3. For the Concession area, no refunds will be given.
